Located within 7 acres of meadows and traditional broadleaf woodland with abundant wildlife and private woodland walk. The cottage lies 1 mile from Cornwall s premier attraction The Eden Project. In addition there is the Saints Way Pilgrim Trail and close by are The Lost Gardens of Heligan numerous National Trust properties and gardens The Tate Gallery at St Ives and much more. A 5 minute drive leads you to Cornwall s south coast which offers a taste of the real Cornwall its beaches secluded coves and picturesque fishing villages such as Looe Polperro and Mevagissey. For something different why not take a stroll or the cycle route to the village of Luxulyan and take the local train from the request stop to Newquay or why not try your hand at fishing only 2 miles away. The cosy cottage has been recently converted and offers upside-down style accommodation with ONE double bedroom: downstairs with TV/DVD and en-suite shower room and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner located on the first floor approached via a spiral staircase well- equipped with cooker fridge/freezer microwave. Door leads to veranda and external staircase to garden. Outside: garden with seating and woodland walk beyond. Amenities: parking for 1 car. Bed linen towels electric and gas central heating included. 2 dogs welcome. Regret no smoking. Regret no washing machine. Additional info: 2 single person kayaks available for hire direct from the owner. Art & craft workshops on site throughout the year. Secure storage for bikes is available underneath the property. Location: beach 3 miles shop and pub 1 mile.

Par is a fishing port and town in south Cornwall, England. It is not far from St Blaise, Tywardreath, Lanlivery, Trethurgy, Luxulyan, and Golant and is one of over 250 towns and villages in Cornwall in which Go2 has cottages or holidays lets available. The nearest cities are Truro, Plymouth and Exeter.
The harbour and the beach at Par Sands are towards the south of the town, with another beach at Spit Point to the west of the harbour. There are various shops, a pub and a post office, in the town, through which the South West Coast Path passes as it links the two beaches at Par.
